Bayview is available and popular all year round. We take bookings by phone or email and are always happy to discuss your plans, letting the house for a week, fortnight or short breaks as required.

Availability

Booked dates are shown on the calender below. Otherwise, the house is available, so please do get in touch. We have included some useful events and dates in the News and Events and Islay sections to help you plan your visit.

Prices and availability

We have tried to keep the pricing as simple as possible. We have two weekly rates – £375 and £500 in more popular weeks. These weeks are:

  • 11th – 19th February
  • 31st March – 20th April
  • 28th May – 8th June
  • All July and August
  • 27th October – 2nd November
  • 17th – 31st December

Dogs are welcome at the cottage and Islay is great for pet-friendly holidays. We charge an additional £20 for cleaning if you would like to bring your dog(s) along with you.

Availability

The cottage is available from 4pm on Saturday and we ask guests to depart by 10am the following Saturday. Shorter breaks are available for a minimum of £225 for 3 nights, plus £75 per night after that. If you have any special requests or questions please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Booking terms

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking please. The balance will be due  6 weeks before your arrival. For  shorter breaks or bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your booking and we are able to rebook the week we will refund your full payment. If we are unable to rebook the cottage we will return your payment less your deposit.
